Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for one project or one client only; should you wish to use the product for additional projects or clients, you must purchase a separate license for each additional use.
All digital products and associated content, including proprietary design elements and code, remain the intellectual property of TigmaTemplate; while certain components may incorporate open source libraries governed by their own licenses, any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
TigmaTemplate offers a 30-day money-back guarantee in instances where the digital product fails to conform to the features and descriptions provided, provided that any identified discrepancy can be remedied. Customers must contact our support team using the email provided in their purchase confirmation to initiate the refund process, and refunds will be issued only after the issue has been verified.
Under no circumstances shall TigmaTemplate be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products; the total aggregate liability in connection to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco, with additional adherence to applicable consumer protection regulations under GDPR and CCPA where relevant.
